I felt like my thoughts were all over the place. But working with Patty revealed a lot about who I am and this gave me the confidence to be who I am. Our work together got me back to painting again, working with clay, taking guitar lessons after strumming the same three chords for 20 years. Patty helped me realize that I needed to recognize other aspects of my life that just weren't being serviced. I had totally neglected my passions for so long that I had forgotten exactly what does make me happy.
